We have ordered from this company on three occasions. The first order should have included free items as we had purchased on a buy eight get four free but we had to ask for the free items. The second order was taken and paid for however they were out of stock of one of the items. The last order was a shambles from a delivery point of view. Despite the correct address being provided the delivery company, Amazon.es couldn't find our street even when provided with latitude and longtitude coordinates and they tried to deliver to the wrong town. This meant that the order was delivered five days late.

I ordered a product (a replacement door for a bird cage) that their website stated was in stock. Nearly a week later they emailed me to say the product was never in stock. They took my money, and kept hold of it for several days, in the full knowledge that the item was never in stock. That is false advertising.They suggested I replace the entire bird cage. I can not just replace the whole cage as it is a discontinued model, which is why I wanted a replacement part.Avoid them. I have told them I want my money refunded today.... I suspect they will try to steal it.
Poor experience buying special food for my sick cat.Its been 2 weeks since the estipulated delivery date and Im still waiting for the package.I contacted miscota support several times, and they only provided excuses and further promises they didnt keep.Only solution they offer is to cancell the order.
The birds are kept in tiny glass boxes with no food, no toys, nothing to keep them entertained, no space to move, and I asked the staff if they ever let the birds out and was told that there's nowhere for them to let them out. So those poor birds are kept in those tiny boxes until someone buys them. It's totally inhumane. Birds need to fly, not be kept in glass boxes. Birds as pets is awful already, but to treat them like this is unacceptable. It's not just the birds, all animals are kept in tiny, unsuitable enclosures and it genuinely ruined my day seeing those poor defenseless animals with no-one to advocate for them. STOP SELLING LIVE ANIMALS. Disgusting. Not somewhere you should be supporting.
I ordered cats food on 5th November, it should be delivered on 19th or 20th November, long time but I thought it would worth it as my cat adores that food. On 26th November I asked them where was the order, they sent me a tracking No showing they only sent it on 21st November. Today is 28th and I still don’t have it. And not too sure if I will get it at all. Awful service. Never ever again….
Even though I didn’t receive my order, customer service supported me throughout the entire process, all the way to a full refund. The representative was very kind, tried to find the best solution for me, and provided close follow-up from start to finish. A 10/10 experience.
