Been using Miscota for at least 10 years, reasonable prices for what they have which is high quality, they stock a lot of pet items that aren’t available in Australia. I pay via PayPal as it is convenient, I’m not sure if they can ship pet meat products due to Australian quarantine. Tracking number is provided. Usual shipment time is 3 weeks to Australia. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately my order could not be fulfilled due to supplier difficulties but the company did inform me immediately the problem became apparent and for that I would give them an excellent service recommendation. My only criticism is the deliver costs which are more than the price of the product!!!!
Great company, fast delivery. Plus, customer service is fantastic, reply to my email within a day, with a very satisfactory outcome. I love this company and will be using them again and again. Its a scam company, i dont recommended buying from thembatcall. They have terrible customer service. They took money from the account and never send the dog food when i reached out to them they said they will refund money, tomprrow is day 10th snd i don't see my money. Customer service gives robotic answers. If you consider to buy anything from them, stay away!
If you are from the UK please don't order from this company. They charged me £87.00 just for delivery for 2 12kg bags of dog food It was more than the dog food worth £58.00 for £165.00 for 2 bags of dog food!!!!!!! what joke this company is and a complete scam!
I know this they had shipping to all the states in the United States except for DC using third shipping drop down menu. So I reached out to them to let them know they were missing the state code for the capital United States. After several exchanges, they informed me they do not ship to my area. However this does not make sense since they they ship to every other location in the United States including territories. And if you ship to one area in the US you should be able to ship to all areas.
