Their warehouse is in Spain and they use cheap logistics company, so it would take at least 5-7 days for them to deliver. At first, the parcel was in Spain, then it went to another city in Spain, then it went to the Netherlands, oh finally they arrived in GB. Do not order from them if your furry friends are running out of food.
Over a month ago, I placed and paid for an order on Miscota that included five 3.5 kg bags of Royal Canin Hypoallergenic dog food, one 1 kg bag, and a few small accessories. However, I only received three of the 3.5 kg bags. The rest — two large bags and several items — were never delivered.The shipping box was visibly too small to fit everything I paid for, and worse, the shipping label falsely stated that the entire order had been included. According to the shipping details, the total parcel weight was only 11.6 kg, while the dog food alone should have weighed 18.5 kg. This proves the missing items were never packed in the first place.I contacted customer support multiple times, sent full documentation, screenshots, and a request for clarification or a refund. No reply. No explanation. No accountability. Absolutely unacceptable for a company I trusted in the past.In the end, I lost nearly €100 worth of goods and got zero support. If you’re looking for reliable, honest service, I strongly advise against ordering from Miscota. What once was a trustworthy platform has become careless and unresponsive.
I've ordered before from Miscota with no problems, but this time Royal Mail sent msg they had returned parcel to sender because it was wrongly addressed. I sent Miscota this msg. But they are being very difficult, link they sent doesn't work and I'm NOT sending them copy of my driving licence. I've now opened claim with PayPal for £72.43. I won't be using Miscota again because I received the same product from another company. I can't recommend Miscota!
Poor customer service. Avoid buying anything from the co.uk site as they expect you to return it to Spain which is expensive and on top of that the Spanish customs refused the item which was nothing more than a dog collar. Also when I originally completed the order I received no email confirmation. When I asked for a copy of the order they couldn't provide one. When I said it was the wrong side they were also unable to provide evidence of the order and just redirected me to the website link.
I ordered a Surepet Care Microchip feeder from them. It is defective. When I asked for a refund they told me to talk to Surepet Care. When I talked to Surepet Care they told me to talk to Miscota. After 3 weeks of videos and emails I am out the money I paid for a defective item.
I am not sure why trust pilot is only 3.5 for Miscota.They are a Spanish company with a UK site with some great deals and from my experience the customer service has been excellent.I placed quite a large order over christmas and unfortunately some of the products were sold out and customer service (Ludres) reached out with some options. I replied around 24hrs after he emailed and he replied almost instantly on email confirming he took the desired action. I don't think I have ever had a resolution that quick and that easy from any company ever! Thank you to Miscota and Ludres for the amazing service!
