Review Time
Placed an order 28th November. Advised one item out of stock and asked to choose a replacement and that my order would then be shipped.Over a week later told another item wasn't available. 18th December I was advised that the order would not be delivered this year. Avoid at all costs.
I used it in Portugal and it works badly. It's the second time I have ordered on this site and the 8 products arrived all wrong (wrong sizes, different colours) or badly packed (a dog shampoo was opened and everything I ordered had shampoo on it). I returned everything but the service is slow and it was a lot of work. The 1st time I ordered was in 2021 and I thought they had sufficient time to improve but didn't happen. The mistakes were the same. I even received an answer from customer service when I made a complaint telling me they are humans so mistakes happen. I do not recommend it. Thanks
I ordered a product that was $180 to be delivered to US. It was destroyed by Netherlands customs. They will not offer a refund . No where on the website is there a disclaimer that certain products cannot be delivered overseas. Will not use again.
My order stayed on processing for 3 days. No update, no nothing. No button to request a refund, no live chat. Just some ambiguous way of sending a form and hope that support will write to you. Hides behind a .dk domain so increase legitimacy. Scammer site.
Am Anfang wurde die Rechnung falsch ausgestellt, und es wurden ein paar Euro zu viel berechnet. Zusätzlich wurde mir auch wegen der "Yoga Guarantee" etwas abgezogen. Ich habe drei verschiedene Produkte bestellt: Hundefutter und Feuchttücher. Alle drei Produkte waren Fälschungen. Ich habe sie geöffnet und konnte sie deshalb nicht zurückschicken. Wegen des falschen Futters war mein Hund lange krank und hatte Magenschmerzen. Originale Futter hat nicht so viel Gewürze. Die Feuchttücher waren ebenfalls von sehr schlechter Qualität – sie waren nicht feucht, und nur 4-5 Tücher am Ende waren leicht feucht. Originale ist nicht so.Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg von Micosta. Absolut betrügerisch!FraudAt the beginning, the invoice was incorrectly issued and a few euros were overcharged. I opened them and therefore could not send them back. Because of the fake food, my dog was sick for a long time and had stomach pains. Original food does not have as much spice. The wet wipes were also of very poor quality - they were not moist, and only 4-5 wipes at the end were slightly moist. Original is not like that.My recommendation: stay away from Micosta. Absolutely fraudulent!
What can I say yeah it takes a little time to get the products I order but I can’t get the 1 product anywhere in the states so I have to order out of country and the products are always fresh and works well, if it wasn’t for Miscota I would have lost a whole litter of kittens so thank you Miscota ❤️
