This company uses very misleading communication. The Swiss page for this website as well as pricing info make appear that the goods will be shipped from Switzerland, with no indication for additional delivery costs (customs). Thus I was surprised to have to pay customs and even more surprised that Miscota refused to reimburse the costs and goods. At least tell your customer upfront where the goods will be shipped from so they can make an informed decision.
in bullet points to not waste any more life time on this company - do NOT buy from them!1, we ordered 10x cans of dog foodafter placing the order were informed we would not receive them for another 10 days2, the courier service Miscota use - GLS - pretended to have been at our house twice before refusing to deliver again and asking us to come and collect from an address 40min drive away. 3, when the packages did finally arrive the box was not padded out and all 10x tins are damaged - some (a lot!) more than othersMiscota refuse to collect them and reimburse and instead said that they were not cracked so are still vacuum, hence the food contained can still be consumed. it is a well known fact that damaged cans contents should not be consumed.
Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company! They discretley cut the quantity from 30 to 15 and DOUBLED THE PRICE! Trying to cancel and order and get a refund is impossible. I hope I can prevent someone from getting screwed like we did!
My order was going to be a little late, I was appraised of the situation and given several ideas to complete my order. Having decided to wait , I was notified regularly as to what was happening, the order is now on its way to me.The way this was handled was appreciated and I will be returning for another order soonThank you so very much for all your assistance.
Awful customer service. Sent incomplete order despite me saying not to. Still charged full postage and admin fee. Instructed me to refuse delivery to cancel order and get refund. Now that I have done that, they won't refund me and say the onus is on me to prove the order was returned to their warehouse. So poor.
I ordered a dog training collar but I didn’t receive it. I emailed them and they responded that the would contact the courier and get back to me but I heard nothing. I emailed again and this time they said that it had been delivered. I emailed yet again stating that I hadn’t received it and they responded that they would contact the courier again. Still nothing, so I emailed again and was told that as it was a tracked service, no signature was required and that it was delivered. I phoned GLS ire and a nice gentleman told me that it was entered into the system by Miscota but NOT handed over to them (so how could miscota say that it had been delivered when GLS hadn’t even been given it) he also told me that the last 3 letters of the tracking number (POW) was actually P-zero-w which struck me as deliberately fraudulent or at best misleading on Miscotas behalf. Luckily for me I had paid through PayPal, so I set up a dispute and got my refund the next day. A lot of wasted time on my part, not to mention the frustration and annoyance too. I definitely won’t be using miscota again.
I've purchased Royal canin cat food in November 2022. It was never delivered and probably lost. Since the purchase I have endless correspondences with customer support but no refund or solution. In February they've asked for a form for lost package which was sent on 21st of February. They've asked up to 30 days to investigate. After 30 days I've sent a reminder email and in return I was said that I have to fill in a form and send it to them. Feels like I'm stuck in a loop
Ordered Bird Suet, paid 30euros and another 60euros for shipping. Received an empty box, product was never delivered after waiting for 2 months and contacting Miscota. It appears that they did not complete the required customs forms accurately and wouldn't replace the product or refund my money after contacting them twice. I'd purchased previously the same product from Miscota on 2 occasions, without issue (i.e., they completed the forms correctly). I WILL NOT BUY from Miscota again and do not recommend them.
