The dress is beautiful. However, it was too large and I have sent numerous emails to return it and still have not received a return address. I reordered the same dress in a smaller size to wear to a formal holiday party but have not received it to date. I love Misord dresses just wish the return policy was easier
I’m not going to lie I was nervous at first thinking g who knows what this dress is going to show up looking like, if it even showed up. Well it looks beautiful like I paid $400 for it at Nordstrom!! Sizing was accurate also, will just need a small hem on the bottom…I’m short.
I ordered 5 dresses none of them fit. I followed the instructions for a return, I have reached out 6 times and no auth or return address received. Customer service is horrible and they ignore your emails. Beware when ordering, i will never ever order from them again!
I have been trying to return a dress. It was delivered on 10/9/24. I tried it on and need to return it. I do not like the fit. I followed all instructions and emailed MissOrd customer service on 10/9/24 to start return. Per their instructions you have 15 days to return item and MUST have an authorization from them that they claim takes up to 3 days. Without authorization they will not accept a return. Today is 10/16/24. It’s been 7 days and I still have no response from them. I sent another email on 10/15/24 requesting an authorization. On their website they claim easy returns. This is false. Their office is in Hong Kong and cannot be reached. I will never order from this store again. I learned my lesson. Only buy in the USA! If I hear from them I will give an update. ***UPDATE*** Finally received return authorization and address on 10/21/24. I went to USPS to ship dress to store. Shipping is paid by customer. Shipping cost is $74 USD. Looks like I am keeping a dress I will never use.
