Thank you so much to Lorraine, Hove store. In store and online they had ran out of the size blazer my son needed. So I had left and was worried as what I was going to do as my autistic son wouldn’t wear the bigger size. Then I get an email they had had a return of the size I needed!! Lorraine didn’t have to email me and let me know but she did and I am eternally grateful! Excellent customer service not only from Lorraine but the staff member I had seen previously who was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Went to the store in Cheadle Hulme I had asked why the colour of the oak tree jumpers and cardigans were not the same colour a lot more of a dark brown than a Maroon colour to be told they’ve always been that colour by a lady who was quite rude I had explained my son went to that school who is nearly 15 I have a 10 year old at the school so I think I would know what colour the uniform is , my daughter even begged me not to get her any from there as she would look odd a lot of parents from the school are saying the same thing and have gone elsewhere like myself won’t be coming in again was made to feel like I was lying
