Suzanne and Pal from Maritime shop have made my day, they went beyond when I found that the size of the school blazer is not in stock . They took my number as they were expecting a delivery same day any minute an hour later Pal called to say they’ve got it and I came back to get it. Brilliant service and people, can’t appreciate more.
Went in store today to get uniform. Amy was very attentive, polite and helpful. She had good knowledge about sizes and made a usually stressful shop very easy. Eleanor was also very helpful when Amy was checking size availability for us. Thank you both.
I really didn't know where to start when l was doing my boys school uniform. A huge thanx to Julia who helped me throughout my shopping. She made my life more a lot easier. Finding the perfect sizes for my 2 boys. I thought l had taken much of her time, but she calmly said, 'that is part of my job'... l felt so humbled with your customer service. Fantastic service from lovely Honor and Evie from the Altrincham branch Monkhouse. I came in the last hour of the day, with three of my children, one of them being on the spectrum, who was quite overwhelmed and needed me to co regulate. The girls took over right away seeing that I was occupied and sorted my 12 year old out with all that she needed, accommodating all her needs and requests. Very comfortable and welcoming to say the least!
