I am most impressed with the highest level of customer service achieved by Montredo. Over the past few years, I purchased five luxury watches from this company, headquartered in Berlin. They go to extraordinary lengths to accommodate customers' needs. Email communications receive prompt, professonal responses, frequently the same day, and are very polite. As a customer who has experienced other companies with very deficient customer service, Montredo is a breath of fresh air.
Hello,I have seen very good reviews of this store on trustpilot but I am sure that they are from people who have not had a problem with damage to their purchase or delays with their order,I waited a year to buy a watch and the deal with Christhard the person the fact that he always responded to my emails to see availability of the item was always very pleasant.I placed the order for an Oris Big Crown in this store on June 13,2023 and it took a long time to arrive.I received it on July 11,2023 at home but I do not consider this the main problem,apart from that I had an incident with damage to my order,trustpilot does not allow me to enter the exact date of the purchase because it was more than a year ago.Upon receiving it I commented that the watch arrived damaged and the first thing they did was blame me for the damage. The treatment I received from Christhard after telling him that the watch arrived damaged was unpleasant and totally different from what it was initially. They sent me photos of the item where You couldn't see the damaged area,for my part I sent them photos of the damage and they said that the watch was perfect when they sent it,perhaps it could have been damaged during transport but they did not accept that it could be like that, they refused to make a refund saying that I had damaged it and that I did this to get a new watch,they made me feel very bad,after talking we finally reached an agreement and they offered me compensation,the problem is that they became defensive because of damage to my order in the area of the watch lugs and they blamed me for it,I cannot allow them to blame me for something I did not do and it arrived in that state,I told them several times that they were wrong,they also did not want to proceed with a return.The watch arrived in its original flat box of the version with leather strap, with all the documents and well protected,it arrived in this box because I ordered it with a bracelet and the distributor had the model with a leather strap and there they made the replacement in their center, Montredo told me to go to the distributor in my city,I spoke with them in person since they are in my city,I showed up there with the watch perfectly repaired by me since I am an expert,I showed them photos of the damage and they said who don't know how It happened,when there is a problem nobody knows anything and I couldn't find out how my watch was damaged.I do not recommend this store at all,I want to let you all know that I have had the horrible after-sales experience,the worst,if you are lucky and the item arrives in perfect condition and at the agreed time it will be a good experience because you will not know the real and disastrous after-sales service of this store,if your watch arrives damaged things will be against you.Greetings.
