Great watch at a great price but expect a long wait

The good: I received my watch exactly as described. The watch was genuine and brand new with all of the documents as expected. The price was excellent, significantly less than if I have purchased at retail.The bad: I placed my order at the on June 3rd, 2025 and received the watch on August 25th, 2025. That is nearly 3 months of waiting. The support staff responded quickly to my emails asking for updates but pushed back the expected delivery date several times which wasn't very reassuring. I would've liked a more honest estimate of the delivery date from the start.When the watch eventually shipped the shipping was very fast and they threw in a free leather watch sleeve as a bonus for the delays. Overall the buying experience was good. The delays were unfortunate but it was worth it when the watch arrived.

Complete disaster! Stay away from them:The match is marked as available on their website, with a delivery time of 8 days. 14 weeks later, I'm still waiting for the watch; this is a fraud.

stay away get your watches in any other place

Bought two watches paid in full in the end of July in a single transfer, they were supposed to take 3 or 4 weeks, after one month every time i asked about them, they were always 2 weeks away "ad aeternum". Also everytime i asked the reply came from a different person that wrotte like a robot reply.After 11 weeks i asked to cancel and for a refund, like other people here they tried to offer some kind of a gift if i wait. I told them to proceed with the refund, orders were cancelled but then...i asked now 4 times about money, it has been 15 days since canceling and they transferred back less than half what i paid in July, i asked about the remaining....apparently it takes some more time to refund?? what? i paid 8300 in a single transfer, i should get 8300 in a single transfer not 3900 and hope someday the remaining will arrive.I told them we would be opening a legal case if this doesn’t get resolved in the next few days.They just replied "thanks for letting us know" and to let them know if they can offer any further help.....yes you can, you can give me my money back!I am now convinced this company is currently a scam to keep money for as long as they can, until we get tired and ask for it back, since this takes months, they still earn some interest.So it is now 88 days and no watches and no complete refund..

3 months waiting for a watch that I never received

I am very dissatisfied with the handling of the order I placed.On April 13, 2025, I ordered the Doxa Sub 200 White Pearl watch from Montredo GmbH. It was a good deal, as it was about 100 euros cheaper than at other retailers.By April 29, 2025, I still had not received the watch. I sent an email asking when I could expect it. I was told that the delivery time would be four weeks and was asked whether I wanted to proceed with the order. I decided to continue due to the good price of the watch.On May 20, 2025, I still had not received the watch, so I contacted Montredo GmbH again. I was told the watch would be ordered from the supplier and delivered shortly. From that point on, I contacted Montredo several more times. Each time I was told that the watch would be delivered soon.By July 2, 2025, I still had not received the watch. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Fortunately, I received my money back quickly along with an apology—but nothing more.I am very dissatisfied with how this order was handled. I had to initiate contact with Montredo GmbH each time they failed to meet the promised delivery dates. Being told repeatedly that the watch would be delivered any moment, when that clearly wasn't the case, was extremely frustrating. I had looked forward to wearing this white watch during the summer (as it is a summer watch), but that didn’t happen.In the end, I bought the watch from another retailer (at a 100-euro higher price). They also had to order it from the supplier. I received the watch within a week and a half.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. You spend 5000€ on a watch and you get two mails who look like 30 years ago mails, as the site. After 4 weeks of waiting (the delay annonced was 2-4weeks) without any communication i sent a mail and they just answer that omega take more time to produce the watch (it’s a limited edition to celebrate the 75th year of seamaster) while it’s in stock on the omega website. The order isn’t appearing on my account anymore. To apologize they propose me 75€ (1,5% of the order) and a « free gift «  (like a gift could be not free) but they aren’t able to say what is it, because it’s probably super lame like their 75€. So as a result i’m opening a paypal dispute (they tried to tell me to not do it, pretending it would make the refund longer, while nothing avoid them to refund). They aren’t answering since then, i just received an old fashion style mail telling my order is canceled, but no refund on my paypal account). It’s a nightmare of an exeperience, you pay 5000€ and you wait forever, and when they answer they blame everyone but them (Omega, the spanish dealer they are using). Plus they use a bad tone answering, saying their free gift isn’t a bag of candies because i was making fun of their free gift saying i don’t need a bag of Haribo. It isn’t a bag of candies but they seem ashamed to say xhat it is. They should be ashamed about everything, from their old website full of bugs or the lack of communication, except when they blame everyone companies they are working with, while they are not responsable of an order who disapear from the account for example). Shop somewhere else, it will be faster and it would be more trustable
