Attempted purchase Christmas gifts placed order , provided confirmation of credit card payment. But never ' ever got anything!
I made attempts to contact this bullshit company 10 or more times via emails! Never got a response! I will never utilize a Chinese purchase again! I decided to file a complaint with the BBB. Only to see many other complaints identical to my own!

The bag arrived with damage in three areas, but the seller was evasive and refused to provide return instructions or issue a proper refund. After multiple emails, they eventually claimed to have refunded me, but no refund ever arrived.If you're in a similar situation, please request a chargeback through your bank and don't give up. This business did not act in good faith and did not follow the most basic consumer protections.The bag arrived directly from China, rolled tightly in a grey bag like a Vinted purchase. This approach contradicts the expectations created by advertising as a family business. When I did a reverse image search of the bag, I found it for £5.99 online - when I paid almost six times that.
I purchased a backpack and it never arrived. I checked the tracking number and it said it was already delivered. I emailed them to follow it up since the delivery company doesn't provide any details - I didn't get a response. I think this company is a scam. That's 60 euros down the drain.
Avoid this company like the plague. Although looking like a UK family company they just order from China to be delivered directly. They state not Ali express but the products are similar - cheap and nasty. Returned backpack to what is a residential address but no hint of refund. Wish I had read other reviews. Avoid
I wish I'd read these reviews first! I just received my backpack after almost 3 weeks. I was putting stuff into it, and the zipper broke. One of the back pockets is not sewn in. It's cute, but it's junk! And after reading all of these reviews, I know it's no need to try to return. This is a PayPal pay in 4. Maybe they can help, but I doubt it. Don't waste your money!!!!Update: I have to come back and give this update because I may have been wrong. I contacted the company about the zipper and the pocket. They replied, asking for pictures. I sent pictures. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I told them I would like a replacement because the backpack really is very cute. They just emailed me again with an order confirmation for another backpack. I did not have to do anything. Very very positive! Thank you More than a Backpack!
