With 2 school aged children we've been through a few backpacks. For school, residential trips, or days out and travelling. This pack pack easily does it all and is great for all those occasions and more. With lots of compartments and so light and comfortable. My eldest has medical issues and incontinence so the waterproof element is great for her and discreet.
Do not purchase any bags from this company. The bags are cheaply made and do not last long unless you plan on carrying little to nothing in the bag. I purchased a bag (see pics) in January and this is how my bag looks at the end of February. I was using this bag as a book bag and only carried my laptop, a folder and a pencil case daily. When I reached out to More Than A Backpack, I was told since they can't prove how the bag was damaged that they could send me another but I would have to pay the shipping cost of $15. This is unacceptable. Why should I have to pay more money when I already spent $40 for the bag that I used for a little over 1 month? BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BAGS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
My daughter spent her own money on this backpack (£22.50, which, at age 13, took her about a month to save), thinking that it was a quality bag given the price. She used it for less than a month (normal use - my daughter is extremely careful with her things) before it started coming apart at the seams. The company offered a replacement bag at a $15 shipping charge to us - absolutely ridiculous! My daughter has now bought a better bag elsewhere at about half the cost. This company sells very cheaply made products and offers terrible customer service - avoid!
Do not buy these backpacks. I bought two for my daughters and they both had the stiching come undone where the straps fell off. Only 1 month into school! No returns or a BS attempt at returns. Steer clear there are so many other great backpacks to choose from, but not here.
I would strongly advise steering clear of this company. Their website uses very deceptive language about their return policy and the important fact that is not clear until you attempt a return is that YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA. This policy is roughly equalivent to not accpeting returns as the return shipping to China is very likely to be greater than the value of the item.
