Review Time
I ordered two backpacks on July 22, 2024. I am still waiting for their arrival. Currently, tracking of the package indicated they are being held in customs since Aug. 8th since the package originated in China. I a very disappointed not to have the backpacks but also the orgin of the backpacks. I thought this was a local family run business in the USA. I've emailed the company with no reply. I want my money back. Beware.. do not buy from this company.
Bought two of these last year for my kids for school.They were so amazing Ive just bought 2 more for myself and my wife for both hiking and holidays.Great product.Fantastic quality, loads of cool features and a great look too. What’s not to like.
Recently bought a basic canvas school backpack and have been very pleased with my purchase. I wasnt sure If this would be strong enough or large enough for everyday use but was surprisingly spacious to use and my son found it really comfy to carry! The bag arrived within the time they stated and the company responded to my question within 48 hours. Overall very pleased.
Appalling. These bags are cheap Chinese imports hiding behind a high quality, charity supporting UK website. My bag did not include everything I had paid for, and then broke after one use. After being ignored I had to raise a Paypal dispute to get offered a refund, but I have to pay return postage, so this inferior product has cost me £4.45 which I am pursuing through Paypal as this breaches UK law. Customer service is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs. Even if the bag was supplied according to its description and was not faulty, the quality is £5-£10 market style bag. I paid £34 and that was with a discount. I cannot stress enough how awful this company and their products is. Please save your money and stress and go elsewhere.
Worst page ever. Do not order anything from them. I paid over 40eu for a dog backpack. It never came to me and they also did not give me any refund and started ignoring me. I will contact customer rights and that is what anyone that was scammed the same way should do. We need to close down this awfull “company”…
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. No communication or response to my inquiry. I know what to do next. Contact my credit card company and resolve the issue. This company had until 4pm to return my email with valid information!!!!
