Review Time
So this is this not a family owned company it just another front for a warehouse in China. Placed an order on Feb 24th. Didn’t hear anything from them for nearly two weeks. Sent customer service an email on Mar 7th telling them to cancel my order. Mar 8th I received a notification that they shipped the package.
Bought an overnight bag and the strap broke on 1st use, very poor quality unfortunately. Contacted the company who were quick to respond initially saying I could post it back for a refund/replacement (at my cost), alternatively they would offer a part refund and I could keep the bag. Asked for more information on the part refund twice now and it’s been complete radio silence for nearly 2 weeks. Very disappointed in the product quality but the poor customer service is inexcusable in my book. I would recommend others look elsewhere as my experience has been dreadful.
I just received a beautiful packpack from this company that for once, is actually much much nicer in reality than shown on the photos ! Photos usually look amazing then the product arrives and its not at all what you expected, in this case the product is much nicer than anticipated and I love it. I would highlly recommend this company !
This company is trash-DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a backpack as a Christmas gift a full month ahead of time- their shipping window said at latest it would be delivered a week before Christmas. It did not get delivered until a week and a half AFTER Christmas. When I asked if I could return the backpack because I had had to buy a different option as it hadn't come in time to be given on Christmas, they basically said "sorry but not our problem". They have been very difficult with trying to return it ( I have to take it to the post office and send it using my own money to england, including filling out a whole customs form, and they are unwilling to create a return label) or they offered 30 dollars back if I don't want to send it back- the backpack was over 100 dollars. I have been going back and forth with them for months and still have not had the issue resolved. STAY AWAY!
A cat back pack came misshapen and broken. Box is was sent in wasn't big enough to hold it. Looks banged and stepped on. Says I have to pay for return shipping. Waiting on response from their email, but the outlook doesn't look promising.Looks like a cheap Chinese drop shipping company. Quality is terrible.DO NOT BUY
US Buyer beware... Returns have to be sent to the UK or to China. The cost is in excess of $40, which is about the same price as the merchandise.Additionally the items are made for the chinese market, not for the western market, which means the packaging is in chinese.
First of all if I had realised that they were based in China I would never have ordered from them because returns tend to be problematic. I received a shipping notification from Evri saying that they couldn’t deliver. I have followed up with more than a backpack (who take an eternity to respond) they came back gave me the tracking number and told me to sort it out with Evri. I messaged them and said that this wasn’t acceptable and I wanted a refund as we had now bought one elsewhere for my son to start school. They haven’t responded to this I ordered on 23/08/24 and as of 17 September I haven’t received the item and there’s been no refund.DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
