First time placing an order with Muzix Audio. A pleasant experience. Everything was handled nicely via e-mail. Questions were responded to quickly. They make a committed impression. The CD player I bought there was shipped well-packaged. I will definitely order there again in the future.
I buy a lot of HiFi over the net and this was my first purchase with Muzix Audio. I bought a Hi-End DAC and I must say I was very impressed with the way the purchase was managed. Quick and accurate. The communication with Muzix Audio was excellent. They are really on top of their business. The delivery was very fast and rounded off an excellent buying experience. I picked Topping B200 based on YT reviews so I tried to find the best price. 669€ at audigo.cz, 614€ at amazon.de but 540€ at Muzix's Valentine offer so I couldn't let it go although my plan was to buy it later this year. Connection with my current pre-amp is not ideal but everything was clarified by Dávid over couple of emails. All in all, great value, great communication and great selection of brands which are not so frequently presented/sold within EU.

I contacted them with a few questions and got an immediate response. They were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I went ahead and ordered the headphones. I received them in 5 days. Exceptional service to Ireland.. The headphones were very well packed. They sound really good and I am very happy with them. It is good to have at hand a store selling good Chinese Hi-Fi, like Gustard and Topping! The service is swift, the questions always answered, and the products come to your home in a record time (3-4 days to Norway, with is far less then from a Norwegian store around the corner!). I just wish Muzix.eu will keep growing with new high quality devices!
