They had a brand-new set of the limited edition Ultrasone 11 headphones in stock which sold out everywhere else globally.I had the pleasure of corresponding with Szabolcs Orban. He was terrific to deal with - knowledgeable, quick to respond to my many questions, and arranged for DHL dispatch to Canada the same night (Friday).Szabolcs explained their customer appreciation program to me which allows you to apply a portion of your past purchases towards future orders. Based on that I decided to get another pair of headphones for my son.Overall a phenomenal experience. Highly recommended!
