Great customer care

I have made several purchases of units along with cables on Muzix and the prices are great, the loyalty program is nice, and things arrive quickly and in good condition. Basically everything you could ask for with online shopping, and then some. And now I've had the misfortune of having to experience filing a warranty claim with the company as well, something no one looks forward to.One of the purchases I made was a Topping L70 earlier this year, and it has come to my attention that it is defective, the volume is not matching on the left and right channel and when you turn up past a certain point it clearly loses power in one side and it becomes noticeably louder in one channel compared to the other. Clearly a defective unit.This is not to say anything bad about the manufacturer or Muzix as I have purchased several other Topping units from here in 2024 and am very happy with the performances of the rest of the units.A month ago I made Muzix.eu aware of this faulty L70 unit, and even though it took some time to get the ball rolling, in part due to the busy holiday season, I was finally reached out to by a lovely employee, who despite my initial frustrations and negativity, kept a calm and professional demeanor and came back with several solutions to my predicament along with an apology and has been very forthcoming and quick to respond. He has truly made me feel valued and reinvigorated my faith in the company.It has all in all been an initially slow, but otherwise wonderful customer experience with a satisfactory outcome.*This review has been updated as the circumstances have changed and my experience with the company has evolved.

Muy satisfecho con Muzix Audio, así da gusto comprar online. Recientemente les compré unos auriculares 64 Audio Volür en oferta (el mejor precio al que los he podido encontrar en Europa) y, sin duda, tendré en cuenta a Muzix para próximas compras audiófilas. Al principio tuve dudas porque no aceptaban Paypal; me puse en contacto con ellos (en inglés) y el dueño de la empresa, Szabolcs Orban, me contestó muy rápido para explicarme que era debido a ciertos abusos o fraudes que habían sufrido. Al final pagué por transferencia bancaria y en una semana tenia los Volür en casa muy bien empaquetados. El nivel de comunicación fue muy bueno en todo momento.-------------------------------------------------------------English: Very happy with Muzix Audio an my 64 Audio Volür purchase, got the Volür on sale for a great price. Communication across the whole purchase process was great, shipping was fast, and the Volür were properly protected. I was hesitant at first because Paypal was not accepted as a payment option, I contacted Muzix and the business owner, Szabolcs Orban, promptly explained that it was due to certain abuses or fraud they had suffered, so I paid via bank transfer (which I don’t like to do) and it was all fine, buy with confidence. I will certainly be a returning customer.
