They have given me the worst service to date. Having agreed on a package and the costs involved, they go on to charge me all sorts of crazy things I never asked for nor received. This then led to my account being suspended. So I never got the service and sat with a lot of "debt" owed to them. If you try to contact customer service to try to resolve this issue, they will never answer and you'll be stuck on hold until your airtime finishes. Additionally, if you log an issue on their online platform, no one addresses any of the logged complaints. By far the worst service I've received in my life from any company.
If there's one thing I regret in my life is subscribing to this network. Paying for something that has never worked, calling and not getting help then being billed every month. Such a scam. People please do yourselves a favour and not even bother with this please
It should be a “No Star” rating. Mweb has really kicked service into the lowest dimension of third world operations standards. To wait 7 days for a line fault to be addressed is beneath any standard known to business. Working from home as well as home studies seem to be meaningless words for escalating my query for network availability. I’ve spent 3 X more by using mobile data. Mweb will never care to compensate a week of down time. I will never recommend this service to anyone, even if it was free. The heartache will be greater than the accessibility.
I signed up for their fibre on 23 Feb. I agreed to pay R470 for the first 2 months Feb and March. I got a pro rata for Feb and paid R110. Now they want me to pay for 2 invoices in one month (March R470 and April 570) a wopping R1040 which I did not agree to.
What an incompetent company with disregard to their client me. All I wanted to know from technical site was why Netflix was down. So from being caller five I had held on for one hour to not be helped as no one answered call. Poor service and will of course submit them proof and as usual no compensation for my money spent receiving no service.
The worst service provider to deal with! They keep on charging me multiple times in the same month. They do not pick up their phones. They don't send OTPs. They are hard to contact. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with!!!!
