The customer service is extremely disappointing, and I can't comprehend why they fail to keep new clients informed or updated about their orders. If it were possible, I would rate them with zero stars! Avoid spending your money on providers that cannot deliver. The call center rarely answers (you'll wait an entire hour only for your call to drop), and the online assistant is even less reliable. You might be fortunate to get a response within 45 minutes.
Initial service is prompt, and I have no complaints about my fibre package; it functions well. However, once the transaction is complete, it becomes clear that customer value is not a priority. Good luck trying to reach an agent via their secure chat (which they claim is the quickest method) or by phone. I waited for an agent's response in the chat for about an hour, and after an hour and twenty minutes, I finally connected with someone who had a very indifferent, even slightly rude demeanor. The agent was blunt throughout the call, attempting to dismiss my concerns and wrap up the conversation as quickly as possible. Their slogan should be... great when it works, but if issues arise, you’re essentially on your own.

No option for zero stars is available. I ordered my fiber on November 22nd, and now it's December 23rd. My experience with this network provider has been terrible. They only delivered my router on December 18th, and I'm still waiting for activation. If I had known this earlier, I would have canceled.
I am on the verge of leaving due to their slow service. I’ve sent my ID and requested a number change, but it’s been over three days with no resolution. The lack of service is frustrating; it should not take this long to process a simple request.

Deeply disappointed with the service. I am appalled by the level of support I’ve received. I waited over two hours for assistance via the app and call center. I was stuck as caller number 20 for over an hour with no progress. It's unacceptable for a service provider to have a customer service line when they cannot manage call volume. The excessive wait times and inability to assist paying customers are incredibly frustrating. I would never recommend this service based on my experience.
