Review Time
It is the most useless service provider ever encountered. We are trying to.move a fibre connection to another spot due to buildings being erected, and for 3 weeks we are getting no assistance from their service provider Vumatel, who are equally useless and inaccesible.We have call records names and dates of calls. Every call receives the same response which is..matter has been escalted...3 weeks??? So it appears that we now need to bring a court application. urgent application as we are losing money. Update...job was eventually done by Vumatel and it's sub and sub sub contractors after a struggle...will not recommend them at all! Incompetence from.the top to the bottom. No managers called us despite asking for this.
WE HAD OUR FIBRE INSTALLED ON THURSDAY 18 APRIL AND TODAY IS 23 APRIL AND WE ARE STILL NOT CONNECTED....WE HSVR CALLED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED THEM BUT STILL NO REPLY...I JUST SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE CONSULTANT WHO COULD NOT HELP BECAUSE IM NOT THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER....WE REGRET SIGNING UP WITH MWEB....THEY ARE THE WORST
I am extremely disappointed in your service,u are taking me for a ride how can I pay and I don't have internet, your service is disgusting. I am fed up with you ,how difficult is it to provide a service to a client that has paid, what's difficult there?I spent over R130 worth of airtime just to resolve my problem but no luck.
I'm writing this review as I continuously hold for 27min 53secs at a time. Vumatel Fibre with Mweb has been unstable to no connection for weeks. I've logged technical queries with no response. How do I function with this sort of service??? Can someone please advise??? I've restarted a so many times.
For some time, there has been an issue that, while you are drafting an email on the Mweb platform, it simply shuts down. Every time. All the time and effort that you invested in the draft is gone and cannot be recovered. No warning of the shut down. Have tried to report this to Mweb, but Mweb staff members simply hang up THE MOMENT you become frustrated. This has been going on for several months. AVOID MWEB AT ALL COSTS.
They do not respon to the queries you log online. They switch of my intetnet during the night and only late morning it is restored. At the end of the month yhey expect full payment. As soon as my contract expires I will go to another service provider.
No calls being answered. No tickets being responded to. Absolute junk service for such a big company. How can they run a company like this where queries are not being responded to? Waiting for 1 hour on a call only to have the line dropped. It's been a few days now and my ticket has yet to be responded to. Don't recommend this company to anyone. Not the first time having support issues like this!
