So disappointed my SIM card was delivered got an email that it was activated but it has not been working tried using router and my other phone but still not working . Kamo my data disappeared .I tried calling helpline was on hold for 15 minutes .on the the Mweb app I tried sending a message and it says error so disappointed customers can’t get hold of service provider.Sies ma’am
I cannot believe that absolutely pathetic service from MWeb!! No email only a 087 number which costs a fortune per minute - no wonder you hang on for hours. Numbers where provider makes money like 0877000777 are against the law in some countries. Wicked. No what’s app as they won’t get a penny. I applied on 21 November 22 it is now 14 December 22 - nothing! Still no Internet.
Absolute worst service ever. According to internet they have offices close to N1 City Cape Town. When I got there I was told thye only work online (even though it still says M WEB big on the building) Only way to contact them is by phone (not even e-mail) You hold on FOREVER, has to jump through a lot of hoops to get an operator. After explaining problem you get cut off just to start the whole process over again. My issue is that my parents gets charged for internet every month even though they've tried for more than two months to get their internet moved to their new address. So they pay for receiving NO service....daylight robbery!
Been having an issue for more than 5 months, it gets escalated and escalated and never seems to get anywhere.the "Manager" assigned to the issue is now just ignoring me, they still charge me every month and do literally nothing.I've now contacted ISPA and moving to another ISP, its my fault for sticking around so long.
Customer Support is always willing to help, but unfortunately, the product speaks for itself. We are paying for a 200Mbps download & upload fiber line, but are mostly getting around >80Mbps Download & <3Mbps Upload. This is really frustrating, especially having to work from home!
After over 15 years with Mweb I have given up.Service is Non existent The Customer is always wrong!Line speeds are down prices are up with fibre.The selected spot for incoming new hardware is totally inconvenient for me the client (76) .I suggested an ideal spot which meant some extra time on the installation. they are all about profit and pay little or no attention to customer satisfaction.So I cancelled. Now they want penalties. form me or extend the saga by another month etc etc.I wrote on August 14th telling them to Cancel and collect their hardware.They did not acknowledge mail for 2 weeks. Then barely an apology. Then our pensioners though the wringer!
Scammers. They signed my up for R399, locked in for 12 months subject to penalties and then proceeded to hike the subscription fees twice within the 12 months, unilaterally. They don't ask, they tell you. No option. Bait and switch merchants. Avoid !!!!!
