Please avoid this site at all costs. This app intentionally deceives people and charges without permission. Do not enter your card details or click on any links. I was charged $29.99 today without being informed of the 7-day trial, having only paid $0.99 for the report. I demanded a full refund, but they gave me the runaround, claiming they couldn't find my account despite my registration details. Don’t fall for this blatant scam like I did; report them on social media.
This is a total con. If you click on an advert saying take a free IQ test, expect two payments of Euro 0.50 a few days later, and then a subscription fee of Euro 29.99 for a un-authorised monthly payment to be taken from either your bank or paypal account. You have no way of contacting them in any helpful way. Go onto there site and cancel the subscription. If taken from your paypal account, log in and cancel the future payments, and contact your bank to report this fraudulent misleading activity. I have copied theis text from another user as it has been my EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE.
Having completed a free MyIq test sometime later l have had an unauthorised £29.99 false subscription taken from my credit card through PayPal. Surely Paypal must know by now that this is a known scam. So much for my iq. DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN IQ TEST
If I could rate zero I would. As for others I was caught with an iQ test for £1 which turns into a £30 ongoing subscription which is totally unclear from the initial product site. In the process of trying to recover this but again as with others their responses are managed by an AI program.PayPal are investigating but it’s a slow process so far. Be warned a SCAM
I took an IQ test, which was advertised as free, just to find out I have to pay to get my results. Since I’ve wasted a lot of my precious time taking the test and it was only £1 and PayPal was accepted, I grudgingly paid! A week later I got a notification that this website took £30 from my account through PayPal! I found out that paying that £1, when taking the test, I was automatically enrolled into a subscription for £30 per month! It was a complicated process but I managed to cancel the subscription to prevent future charges (don’t even know what the subscription was for. To take £30 IQ tests per month?) I got a confirmation via email that my subscription has been cancelled but I contacted PayPal to make them aware. PayPal informed me that the subscription is still live and I would get charged again next month, even though I got that email, clearly a fraud! They were extremely helpful at PayPal, they cancelled the subscription for me and managed to get a refund for me as well! Avoid like the plague!!!!
