Beware of this deceptive service.

This is a misleading service. Here's how it operates:
Initial Low Fee: Users are generally required to pay a minimal one-time fee (e.g., $0.50, $1, or £1) to access their IQ test results.
Hidden Subscription: The setup employs "dark patterns" (misleading user interfaces) that trick individuals into unwittingly signing up for a monthly subscription, typically around $29.99. This crucial information is often concealed in fine print or at the bottom of an email.
Stalling Tactics: When users realize the higher charge and reach out to the support team for a refund, they frequently encounter a frustrating cycle of repetitive emails requesting the same details, which appears to be an automated strategy to postpone resolution.
Legal Challenges: The service, reportedly linked to a specific company, utilizes legal terms that reference the laws of Malta, complicating legal disputes for customers outside that jurisdiction.

Beware of this site, it's a total scam!

This site is utterly deceptive. I was repeatedly prompted to take a test every time I visited. Out of sheer boredom, I decided to try the IQ test. After completing it, I was told I needed to pay £1 for the results. I mistakenly entered my account information, believing I was just paying for those results. To my shock, on November 29th, £29.99 was taken from my account without my consent. I reached out to the customer service team to express my concerns, but received no helpful response, which left me feeling frustrated. In December, I was about to be charged another £29.99. Please be cautious and don't fall victim to this scam. I'm still dealing with these fraudsters. My account is being targeted, and I demand the £29.99 back!

AVOID the IQ report for .50 cents unless you want to be charged a monthly subscription

AVOID the IQ report for .50 cents unless you're prepared to be charged a monthly subscription of $29, and they will not issue a refund. This service is deceptive! Don't let yourself be taken advantage of—DEMAND your money back. I understand paying .50 cents for the IQ report, but I did not consent to a MONTHLY subscription!

My experience confirms it's a money trap scam

My experience confirms this is a money trap scam. I struggled to cancel my $24.99 charge as the cancellation portal was malfunctioning for nearly two days. When it finally worked, I cancelled immediately and now I'm anxious about being charged again. Social media platforms should take action against these scammers urgently.

Misleading Charges After Initial Agreement

I initially agreed to pay $1.00 for the IQ test but later discovered a $29.99 subscription fee I never consented to. I canceled during the trial period, yet they refuse to issue a refund. This feels like a complete scam.

Beware of Hidden Charges

My boyfriend and I were curious about our IQ, so we took a test on a certain platform. To receive our results, we paid €0.50, which seemed reasonable. However, 8 days later, €19.99 was deducted from my bank account. They do not disclose that paying for the results automatically enrolls you in a subscription. I strongly advise against taking this test here; it feels like a scam!

Misleading Subscription Practices

I was deceived by the website into a subscription I never consented to. I initially paid 0.5 EUR for a one-time service, yet the company employed hidden terms to activate a 2x 29.99 + 29.99 EUR subscription without my explicit agreement.

Misleading Practices and Unauthorized Charges

The service is extremely misleading. The advertisement clearly indicated that the IQ test would cost around 1 euro, but after completing it, I was charged 29.99 € without explicit consent. The subscription details were buried in fine print. I did not utilize the service, access any member area, or knowingly agree to any subscription. When I attempted to cancel, the website did not permit it, forcing me to block my credit card to prevent additional charges. I reached out to the support team several times. Instead of a proper response, I received multiple empty emails, which seemed like automated spam rather than genuine customer assistance. This charge was unauthorized and deceptive. I am currently disputing the payment with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this website.

Update on my experience:

Update on my experience: After your public response about 9 hours ago, I followed your instructions and reached out via email to finalize the identification process. Since then, I have not received any reply, confirmation, or refund.
The absence of follow-up suggests a failure to process an approved refund and a lack of genuine customer support. I have met all my obligations.
Any further delays are solely the responsibility of the company. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will escalate it through the appropriate channels.

Total deception.

Total deception. Like many others here, I decided to try the test to pass some time for just 99p, thinking it was harmless. What a mistake. This is just a way for them to capture your payment information. They've secretly enrolled you in a subscription that costs £29.99 every month. When you reach out via email, you receive a puzzling response claiming they can't find your information and asking for your bank details, suggesting you might have used a different email. You didn't; this is a scam! The replies you get are just minor variations of the initial automated message. Report the charge to your bank as fraud and keep all correspondence as proof.
