This company is a scam I paid $1 for an IQ result and now out of nowhere I got charged $29. I never authorized this, they made me overdraft in an account since they used my Cash App that is linked to a bank account I never use. Do not use this company they just want your information to start charging you without permission.

I have subsequently cancelled the subscription and I would like the £29.99 refunded.

Exactly the same as the rest of the reviews here. At no point did I sign up for a subscription. Simply paid £1 for a "one off" iq test, which was happy to pay.

Then £29.99 came out of my account, to which I had NO idea was coming as didn't believe had a subscription.

Their admin team repeated generic emails and refusing to refund. STAY AWAY!!! They believe their "policies are in place to maintain fairness for all users"... I didn't want to be a user!!! Disgusting company

Despite sending emails with my full account details (Aiden Wang and card verification (First 4: 4295, Last 4: 2801), customer support has not processed my refund. I am requesting a full refund immediately for this unauthorized charge.

​Absolute scam. Like many others here, I paid 1 USD for a one-time IQ test result. I did NOT sign up for a subscription. A few weeks later, they hit my card with a "recurring" charge of 29.99 EUR (HKD 286.09) without any warning or authorization.

​This is a classic bait-and-switch. I have already contacted my bank to file a formal dispute and reported this to consumer protection. Refund me immediately.
