Extremel disappointed with the WE telephone company

Unfortunately I can't give any stars below 1 star. Extremel disappointed with the WE telephone company. Their incompetence in addressing basic sim card registration and lack of timely resolution to a basic matter has been beyond frustrating. Very unsatisfactory experience overall and I will not recommend anyone this service.

This Company is the worst company ever, i've been calling everyone on WE customer service and IVE BEEN DOING MANY COMPLIANTS and then they didn't help me and I keep wasting 150 minutes worth of mobile balance because of this, and i won't recommend this Company, they scam me and they didn't even help me afterall.========== The issue ==========My router was going on and off and this issue was going over 48+ hours.

Terrible incompetent customer service

Terrible incompetent customer service. The internet disconnects every day for 1 hour. We understand that it is due to electricity cuts. But from the huge sums of money the company makes, they could invest in new equipment to fix the issue instead of paying actors/actresses for meaningless ads.

Cheaters

I was arriving at the Hurghada Internarional Airport from Poland. I wanted to buy a SIM card, however the sales representative taking money took also the card to show it to me again. After paying and leaving I realised in the hotel he didn’t give the card back to me. Please be aware they are cheaters and thieves.
