The worst Internet service in Egypt.It's not about fast consuming, it's about the speed.Most of the month I just have 200 kb/s speed, while I have about 140 GB.So the low speed is a bad service, not due to fast consumption.And the customer service already has their own saved responses, rather than the customer's problem being solved or not.I already have 2 landlines in the same home, and they are worse than each other.

I have been trying to get my landline and internet connection from more than 2 months . Up to this date this failure company didn't manage to do it. There employees wasted my time my energy my money.got me back and forth so many times. lies and gaslighting is basic day to day for them.
