Worst network provider experience

GOD, the WiFi keeps cutting almost every 2 minutes and it’s not stable at all, never mind when it goes down for sometime for NO REASON. Let not talk about the SIM card data, very bad. Overall never use WE at all. NEVER

WE telecom Egypt. The Worest company in the world. Didn’t respect the client and didn’t give them the good service. I have my home internet (WI-FI) interepted from 2 months ago until now and I made a lot of tickets complaints, furthermore, my work as a doctor related to internet so much. No one helped me from the company. This company should won the Oscar in the worest service.So, I didn’t recommend this company for anyone.

Bought a WE prepaid card (Telecom Egipt) several days ago when I arrived to Egipt. In the airport they spoke English and sold me a card. Then there was no support in English anymore. I travel a lot and I always buy local cards in different countries this was my worst experience. If you don't speak local language I recomend to not buy with them.

This is too much.

It has been 2 weeks since they installed VDSL. Wow, great news, until the connection for SOME REASON starts cutting out by itself and even degrading it self from 30mbps to 25mbp, 20mbps, 18mbps download, with 1mbps upload. Repetitive calls to the customer support does NOTHING. Noone calls us back in 24 hours, noone actually comes and checks out the cabinet, and we think there is some kind of foul play or someone who's tampering with the cabinet. They basically humiliate you by giving you no internet access for days or even weeks and ignore your repetitive calls. "We have sent a report to prioritize your request" why does my request have to be even PRIORITIZED? And where is this prioritization? It's legit enough you don't even give us the full speeds, and you throttle them in peak hours, and don't even let us have a stable connection. It's really too much. I can't handle more of this and I hope the downfall of this greedy company

Full week no internet

We have waited an entire week for our internet to be fixed and we're still waiting. We've called 5-6 times, done hardware and software resets, bought a new splitter for our landline, and nothing has worked. They finally opened at ticket for us to get a technician after 5 days of no internet. Then the technician didn't show up within the 24 hours that were promised. When the technician did call, he only called once and we accidentally missed it. We tried to call back and the technician's phone said it was out of service. We called W.E. and they said they would send another technician within 24 hours. I won't hold my breath.

Number of customer service agents who understand and really intervene to solve customer problems is nearly zero. Telecom Egypt hires untrained agents who have zero understanding level. Those who respond to calls, emails, online inquires are useless in solving customer problems as they have no authority to solve any thing.Workers who are supposed to connect landline cables for customers to get the service are above all. They don't want to do their job. The first card they play is there is a cabin problem and it will be fixed in 5 days, one day, a week and so on. Different repeated additional time is all what you get without any actual move, and the final thing they resort to to is to write a report that the whole area don't have the technical ability for landline cables to get connected and the main cabin is stuffed or completed or whats so ever and that's the final card they play so no one can intervene to solve the problem and they are satisfied with this report.83 days have passed since the day of our contract with them to get a landline service and a single landline in the whole area haven't been connected. If you call customer service million times all you will get is to hit your head through a wall from their nonsense responses
