The ring did not fit any of my fingers (or thumb) and when I reached out to customer service it was just AI responses. No one cared or gave me any tips. The product was not fit for purpose or useable in the way advertised. This product is grossly misrepresented. I gave time for them to respond and chased weekly but no response. I would not bother buying this item.

I ordered a ring at the start of May and I have have no other updates since it was supposedly dispatched. Tracking information has not changed since I received the shipping confirmation. I have tried to contact calmi to get an update multiple times and I have never had a response. Awful customer service and still no ring despite payment. Would not recommend.

I ordered my ring at beginning of May and chased up a week later as money had been taken but no update on delivery. Was told due to an error with carrier order was delayed but would be with me in 6 days as had been sent with new courier. Chased after another week as not delivered and told same thing again, would be with me in 6 days. Requested a refund, ignored but told would be with me in 6 days. I paid extra for postal insurance and would like a refund please! Stop ignoring my request and wishing me a beautiful day - it's really not OK.

Fraud. Neither the original order nor the replacement delivery have arrived. The shipment tracking says only label created. Customer service writes exclusively "good news, your replacement delivery is on its way" I never demanded this. I wanted my money back when it was clear that the order did not arrive. Fraud across the board!

As soon as I bought two rings I saw one colour was wrong. I sent 4 emails and nobody answered. 2 weeks later the rings arrived with the wrong colours. I kept them and started using and three days later one magnet went off the ring. Another email but no answer at all. Same quality of ring and customer service: very poor.
