If I could give a zero I would! As a woman in perimenopause looking for anything that might be beneficial for sleeping anxiety, I was optimistic this ring would help. First of all it took almost a month for my two rings to get here and within one week the magnet had fallen out of both rings. Now I cannot get anyone from customer service to respond to any of my outreaches. This company is a scam. The rings are a scam. Don’t waste your money. You might as well take it and flush it down the toilet!

The item is a total scam. It is cheaply made in China and was too big (very hard to adjust). It tarnishes and does not help anything it claims to do. They wanted me to pay to ship it to China after I tried to contact them four times with no response. Horrible customer service.

Absolute joke. Ordered a ring at £37 plus postage came to £44. The "ring" looked nothing like the one on the website. Magnets tiny and set back in the ring so no "accupressure" as it promises. Also, edges are sharp and not rounded off, cheap metal and the logo wasn't anything like the photos. It was like a cheap kids ring. Contacted customer service. They said they'd send another one which I declined and asked for a full refund. No response. Then I see £33 has been credited to my bank account. I contacted fwice to ask why just £33 and not heard anything back. Absolute rubbish.
I ordered my Calmi rings (2) on 5/1/25. As of 6/6/25 I still have not received it. I have contacted the company on 5/19/25. They gave me a tracking number that I have been tracking. I again contacted them again on 6/4/25 as the rings (I purchased 2!) and they gave me yet a different tracking number. At this point I ordered these almost 6 weeks ago. I would like to give a review of the rings themselves, but I can't do that without the receipt of them.
