My experience with my online order process was very disappointing. As a result of me calling customer service several times, I received a call from Flora. She was so patient & helpful. She clearly explained my options and even offered a $300 store credit. I give Flora 5 stars, for excellent customer service. Beware of promotions Derma Dream offers when placing an order as they are deceiving and misleading. Review Derma Dream cancellation policy prior to placing your order.

It was very helpful to speak with Fritz & have the system explained in a lineal way. The videos are informative but put me into what seemed was a loop of more to buy. Having Fritz call me was so important! She made me feel like I'm not just a number to your company, & that my success is important to her & your company!
