I would personally like to thank you for listening to what happened with the transaction that was not ordered by me but a family member on my account.I was so nervous I would be charged and the young man was kind professional and understood what had happened. Wish all companies had customer service agents like this young man. It say volumes about your companies mission and product. When in the market I will review your products. Thank you !
I spoke with Kate today regarding the order I placed as an upsell to the Pro wand. The former representative sold me this without any mention of having to use or pay additionally for the serums needed to actually use the product. Additional training would be useful for all of the representatives to stress less "selling" and more listening and answering the actual questions asked by the customer. Kate's offer and resolution to the situation did save the sale, but still cost me more than I initially wanted to spend. I'll just have to see if this is all worth it.
I was beyond frustrated, had spent hours troubleshooting, emailing, making a video, couldn't get video to go through in the 3 ways the rep suggested, was waiting for a label to send the unit back...decided to try a phone call. Yes, got one rep, was told to hold for transfer...and the call dropped!!! I decided to try one more call. My hero. I mean Tony, answered my call. I was finished and wanted a label to return the unit. Tony was very calm and encouraged me to unpack the unit again and try to turn it on. I told him I have been through that many times without success. At one point, Tony told me the BOTTOM button was the power button. I felt very stupid...until I looked at the booklet AFTER I hung up! Your booklet is incorrect! I did what it said so no wonder it didn't work!Without Tony, I would have returned it! Way to go, Tony! You made me feel like a valued customer and saved the day! You restored my confidence in the product! Thank you!
Have waited over 30 days for a refund that I was promised - found out that two different products were needed before using the device in order to get the results advertised but those products were not mentioned in the advertisement - I was charged for a membership that I did not purchase - promised a refund for that too - will see how long that takes or if I even receive it
