Sachi handled my cancellation, but it took several emails to get them to understand I wanted to completely cancel, not just switch to a different product. I guess you’ll be proud of them for that since pressure type sales are what your company rely on.
I have tried to cancel this order within an hour of seeing the charges that I was not expecting on my bank account I was told that it was already being processed and again an hour after being ordered. I was then told I would get a $97 credit but it could take up to 30 days. Now I have an additional charge on my bank account for $50.42. The device came yesterday and does not say anything about the arms which is what I had bought it for only the neck. It also does not seem to be the upgraded version that I have been charged for. I am so frustrated at this point and would prefer to send the whole thing back and get all of my money returned to me. I have already disputed this with my bank.
Company is a scam/fraud. My first product ordered broke 5months in. “Reward Redemption Codes” are a joke. I tried using mine for a “free device”, after submitting with the code, I was charged the full amount. I Emailed the company right away to cancel said order, automatic response email stated I would be contacted 24-48 hours later. I did receive a call to confirm my address for my order which was minutes after my email. I informed said staff to please cancel my order, he claimed he couldn’t and gave me a number that was never answered. After two weeks of emails, 90% were all automated responses, the few answered were only offers of credit and free products, I always responded I just want my refund. They always responded with offers of credit. This brings us to yesterday. I receive a call from Myderma Dream asking how I was enjoying my product. I informed her I never received the product and it should have been cancelled. She finally gave me the number to cancel/refunds. When I called, he obviously needed to read through script to offer everything except a refund. After I said, send the product that I paid for and then I will return it, he realized the extra work and money in this process. He said he processed my refund. I received a confirmation email. We will see if I get my refund. They take your money instantly, however it will take them 25-30days to return my money. Please save yourself from this, it’s so not worth it. I will never ever recommend this company. NEVER!
Jhein was so helpful and very patient in explaining everything to me. He explained everything so thoroughly and is very knowledgeable with this system and i am looking forward to starting when I have time. I have had my system for a few months but due to personal setbacks I have yet been able to start the program. I do plan to start when I have time to focus and be consistent, but for now I have had to put it on hold. Although other people have tried reaching out to me Jhein has been very consistent in making sure I was OK. Unfortunately., through no fault of his, I havent been able to start but when I am able to start the program I hope to connect with him again. I have kept his information so I reach him in the near future.
While Derma Dream may offer good products, I’m leaving a 1-star review due to concerns about how employees are treated. Staff are reportedly required to work 6 days a week, 9–11 hours per day, for a monthly compensation of around $500–600.If a company prioritizes good customer service, it should also ensure fair and humane treatment of its employees. A business should value the people behind the work just as much as the customers they serve.

Staff reportedly work 9–11 hours a day, six days a week, yet are compensated only $500–600 per month. This level of workload and low pay raises serious questions about the company’s labor practices.A business that prides itself on excellent customer service should also uphold basic standards of fairness and respect for the people who make that service possible. Employees deserve humane working conditions and proper compensation — treating staff poorly undermines the company’s integrity.
