I had placed an order and did not realize that there was a trail for a membership and then it was charged at $49 a month. I dealt with Gwen and she was very very professional and patient with me, as I wasn’t happy. She cancelled my membership and I have a new product coming to try out that I had used my $49 on I’m guessing. I was very pleased with how everything was handled. Gwen was very very kind.

The representative was nice that she couldn't give me the whole refund back and I didn't understand but I understand that she can't do it but it was not right for them to charge me when the guy that I talked to before he was supposed to have canceled anything that he didn't but and then I still get charged well y'all got 25 more dollars from me and that's just not right but she was very understanding to where I can understand to make sure that you know I was getting my $25 back 24 but it hadn't even been hardly two weeks and I haven't I just got it a week ago just started using it and y'all don't even give me a chance y'all just got poor management

On top of that i put in all the information of my address they messed up and didnt put in my apartment so i never received the product i cancel it, plus they put in membership which i didnt authorize because i have paypal and got charge
So i cancel both charges and got a refund thanks to Javeria.

I saw appreciated how Jhein Chris reached out after I purchased my products and took the time to explain exactly how to use it and sent an email so I didn’t have to write it down. I’m also impressed with the fact that I will have one contact person to deal with and answer all my questions personally. So, I’m very impressed with the Customer Service of this company and if their products are as good, I’m sure I will be more than satisfied.

I am 86 years old and thought I could maybe take off some years on my neck. I appreciate all of the forth coming help from the DermaDream staff but I really have no need for it
