My device didn't work after charging, so I contacted Derma dream. They address my problem asking questions. The conclusion was device was not working they immediately sent out another & a shipping label to return defective device. Curtiously, friendly, prompt.

When I was charged an additional $50…

When I was charged an additional $50 for a subscription that I saw nothing about in the videos I decided to send the product still in the original packaging back. When I called to ask for a refund it took several days for them to decide they would not refund my $427. Offered more products instead. Flora was kind but I will NEVER order anything again from this company. Zero satisfaction not the 100% guarantee.....
