I cancelled the order within 24 hours

I cancelled the order within 24 hours, but definitely prior to shipping, as the tracking email generated by the shipping label showed "label created". I responded to that label reiterating that I cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway, despite subsequent emails back and forth. We're now at about 12-13 email exchanges where they've offered to only refund part of the money and I can keep the shipment, which I stated at the outset and continually I would not. I want a full refund, I don't trust them not to try charging me for something else if I keep it. I have disputed the payment with PayPal and my charge card. It was delivered today and is being returned, though I notice that the barcode for return shipping has been partially blocked by the shipper. Scammy. Horrible experience, avoid them!

I had a wonderful experience with Jhein today. He explained, in detail (which I loved!), the whole system that I'll be using. I bought the serums he suggested atthe discounted price he extended to me. I'll be checking in with him about my progress. When I look like I'm 21 again, the entire planet will hear me celebrating! :-)

Their ‘return’ policy is a joke

Their ‘return’ policy is a joke. You spend all that money and they off 30% refund. Plus instantly charge ‘membership’ without giving you time to try it. Out $200 and very dissatisfied.
