Ed went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled and taken care of got me shipping information he got it handled so quick I’ve already received part of my order. I can’t think enough thank youse for Ed because he went above and beyond. I really wanted to cancel my VIP subscription over this because it’s been going on since December and I couldn’t get anywhere so Ed is my new skin care consultant and I’m sticking with him. You’ve got a great agent working for you. He listens he understands. He’s very helpful and he let you know about all the specials without being pushy.
