Flora was about the tenth phone call I received from the company. I was very angry prior to her phone call . The hours that the prior representatives called where outside the courteous hours to call someone if it is not an emergency. She understood my concerns and addressed it immediately.

I order the arm flab tool $82.00. One weeklater my accounts was charge $50 for some membership I did not order. Why don’t all companies with there automatic renewal membership put auto renew in big letters so we could actually see it so you won’t just authorized some shit we didn’t order. That’s taking advantage. I didn’t authorize the additional $50 charge. You did. Git the number and run with it N ok good

Have waited over 30 days for a refund that I was promised - found out that two different products were needed before using the device in order to get the results advertised but those products were not mentioned in the advertisement - I was charged for a membership that I did not purchase - promised a refund for that too - will see how long that takes or if I even receive it
