Review Time
I purchased an online laser skin device. I received it. Have not tried it yet. Meanwhile, I continue to be debited $51 monthly to this company. Not sure how I did this. There was no product sent, despite what the "employees" referenced. It took me about 10 emails to get them to cancel, including the usual bargaining they offer with more time, lower cost, etc. The emails were prompt and their tone was pleasant. I was assured that the account was cancelled. Meanwhile, I had already disconnected the PayPal payment and was ready to contact them for this dispute. Hopefully will not need to.
No fault of the company, but Gwen did an outstanding job assisting me with my refund. She offered several options for me to choose from before canceling my subscription. I'm sure their products are great just not for my sensitive skin.
I rarely write reviews but I feel I must share this one. I placed an order with Derma Dream and not long after had a need to try to cancel. This company and Tahla were so supportive it was amazing. Best customer service ever!!! It is refreshing to find a business that actually cares about the human as much as the product!!
