Ahmed was very professional in handling the cancellation of the membership I never requested. A membership fee was deducted from my account via PayPal, but he was not able to get the fee credited back to me. He offered a serum at the cost for the membership fee deducted. I reluctantly accepted, but really feel my account should have just been reimbursed.

This company has unsavory business…

This company has unsavory business practices. Always trying to upsell, repeated phone calls trying to sell more product, but the worst is being charged 51.45 for unlimited skincare membership. Tried to cancel this, which of course they said they couldn't refund the amount. I sincerely ever getting involved with this company.
