I wanted to cancel my membership. Melchie tried to convince me to just put my membership on hold for a few months. I do not want to have a membership and that was not something I was willing to do. After I was not agreeing to putting my membership on hold. Melchie gave me the option of getting a bottle of Niacinamide replacement for the PayPal refund, that had already been paid out.
