This company has unsavory business practices. Always trying to upsell, repeated phone calls trying to sell more product, but the worst is being charged 51.45 for unlimited skincare membership. Tried to cancel this, which of course they said they couldn't refund the amount. I sincerely ever getting involved with this company.
I had a lot of questions and billing concerns after my purchase. I’ve just started using the products so I can’t rate them yet. However, Flora from customer service was excellent in helping me. She responded quickly to my concerns and resolved them. She is a great representative of the company.
The 5 Stars are for Flora, not customer service.I woke up daily for last two weeks hating this company. My experience started with aggressive marketing videos that seemed to go on forever, with the threat that if you go back or leave the world as you know will end. Pushy sales promotion, deceitful sales reps, faulty web site function, everything! I immediately called in to verify what was happening and correct things. NOPE, didn't happen. This is when the sales rep became a liar. I experienced no answer on telephone numbers, disconnects, provided phone numbers that also did not answer. And I had communication from 'them' daily, several times day, in fact. Too much to keep up with even if my experience had been okay. Today, I do not like 'them' yet, but I do not hate, and it was Flora that worked the hate away. I have not evaluated the products yet, it appears the sales/marketing pressure is ongoing, and Flora has convinced me to open the box and try the product.This review is about customer service and how it reflects on a company's image and reputation. Flora provided damage control and has been instrumental in helping me redial the hate back, take the lawyer off speed dial and hope again that the world will survive. I also am going to try the products (since they are not making me whole financially-yes , she is good). Illegal to clone, but she should definitely be training or supervising. She definitely cares a lot about your company, the company's image and reputation.
Rachel was so helpful & patient with all my questions. The support & great customer service she provided gave me the confidence to buy from your company. I probably would have bought the product on Amazon without her. To me, dealing with an outstanding employee like Rachel is indicative of how the company treats customers. I hope you appreciate her value.
The person who helped me, Liza, complete my order was very helpful. I had started my order online but was not able to complete it. She replied to my phone message promptly and I was able to complete my order. She also provided very useful information about proper use of the products and future orders. She was very professional, helped me decide about which would be most useful for me. One of the best customer service calls I've ever had.
