Awais was very nice and helped me by giving me a credit for the future. However, I'm upset with your company. I realize that you have to sell, but when I've said, but I don't have the money 4 times they need to say something else and quit pushing to the point that it upsets me so bad, I have to hang up on them so I don't get ugly back two people did this to me and they wouldn't listen to me. I did not realize I couldn't stop my stick order. I have way less money than I thought I had and I tried to cancel it yesterday, but yall must have already left for the day. I spoke with Alais and he said he couldn't stop it or let me send it back in for a refund. I need that $96 back in a bad way!! Can you do this for me? Melchie was wonderfu, she was the only person out of many that helped me with my situation. I truly appreciate her taking the interest and time to help me. Great employee. No other employee and there were several and disregarded my wishes. Some not even responding back to me. It was an abnormal situation but I still think it could have gone much sooner than it did. Again, Melchie was great.
I haven't received my product yet as I just ordered it yesterday. I wanted to share that the customer service thus far has been impeccable! Ive had a few questions and they have been answered promptly and have been very helpful. I am already impressed with this company and am so looking forward to trying my my glo!!!
