I would not even give them 1 star. i wish i had read these reviews before. The worst company i have ever encountered, taken my initial deposit on flights using my credit card. i asked for a change of date instead they cancelled my booking, they changed my flights to a higher price, made me remove luggage to bring price down, offered me lounge access only to tell me later i have to pay for it. booking made but did not send an updated flight and price when baggage removed. After over a week of headaches with agent Musa, daily phone calls, they said they do not accept payments via credit card. this is just a quick snap shot of what actually happened.i sent this company an email after seeking advice from Citizen advice informing the they were breaching there contract. Musa phoned me back very abusive and threatening. They have sent many emails now trying cover up there failures to put the blame on me. I have reported to Trading Standards.Please this is a genuine review, i would not want anyone to go through what i have been through over the past week, Total SCAMMERS BEWARE.
The company had been quite efficiently brilliant in their committed efforts to getting their jobs done, especially how they had worked exceptionally great to getting my ticketing request sorted with so much exhaustive and effectiveness which have been my good reasons for the great positive impressions upon their team.
