Paying for the ticket day is a scam

Annie was really helpful looking for the requested dates , but in the day of payment it’s very odd you don’t get to reach anyone . Annie will be getting the tickets but the people who stepIn to help her are really not sooo helpful they change the dates for you and cause more tress to you , l just wish they could be professional , patient and helpful like Ann , they will be threatening and so sound like forcing you to get the dates they choose for you.Whoever is called Sarah please stop stealing and begging stars u sis not do anything helpful apart from stealing the lime light from Annie.Annie Weldone and you will go far with that kind of spirit . Don’t let your team mates steal that from you

scammy company...all the positive reviews are fake. was quoted for a flight and then called back after taking my deposit to say that the ticket was not available

Absolute scam do not use them

Absolute scam do not use them. I secured my booking with a deposit and an agreed day for final payment. When I tried to pay they then wanted to double the price and did not want to refund the deposit. Clear scam, stay away from this agent

Problems in booking, but payment was straight forward with a help from Harris Aly.

Honestly I did asked for 24th October to 25 November but this morning a lady called me and has to change my dates but later received a help from another colleague. During my payment a gentleman called Harris Aly really helped me out.

Musa has a very Good customer service. He is always ready to help and doesn’t get frustrated even when I myself was getting frustrated and loosing my cool. He was patient and made sure I received a very high standard to the end. Will recommend them any day
