ANNUM ***** 5 star,If you guys need a friendly and accurate adviser, don't hesitate to look for this lovely persons, your time, money and effort to find a good ticket won't waste, just give them a call, don't believe what others are saying, guys I just bought my ticket, those saying bad reviews don't buy any, they just inquirering believe to those people who already bought the ticket.not to those do some shopping on air!
I contacted Mydream Flight a few months ago to enquire about a ticket. Anum advised me to pay a deposit of £80 which I did. I was also given a deadline date to pay the balance. Anum was pleasant and helpful up to the date that I paid the remaining balance. A ticket was issued and I am so impressed by this company. I will be using them again. Anum even gave me a £100 voucher for my next flight booking and the voucher is guaranteed for 3 years. Very impressed and a great company to do business with. Thank you Anum🙏🙏Lucy Ujamaa
Annie was incredible. I has read the other reviews but I can only speak of my experience. Annie was very helpful with finding me a flight and answered all my question when it came to payment and booking. She really made me feel comfortable with making the booking and I paid with a bank transfer. Thanks again Annie, great service
Not sure who are these people giving this company 5 Stars. I have never come across a horrible company of fraudsters, as Mydreamflight.I was asked to pay a deposit for 2 flight tickets. This was cancelled by them and they tried to sell me something else. Credit card payment was refused, they insisted that I pay by bank transfer, which I refused. They don't want to refund my deposit, when ever I called to enquire about my deposit they will end the call, none of my emails were acknowledge.Very Bad customer service. They are going all out to defraud people.
Hi, I was really pleased with Anum. She was so patient and helpful. She tried everything to look for the most convenient and cheapest flight and the final product was slightly over my budget but I feel with the rise in airline tickets it was the best one. I am confused by other negative comments because this was not my experience. Wish you all the best in the future.
On 6 of of February I gave them a phone call which I recorded all this phone conversations because I wanted to give it a chance.I was told to put a deposit of £80 to keep my ticket at the same price and I would be able to finish my balance on the 13th of February, which my flight was on the 13th at 8 pm in the night and I was given that period of time enough time to pay for my ticket in the morning and they reassured me. My ticket will not go up. The balance of the ticket was £685 now on the morning of the 13th of February, I called to finish the balance of my ticket and the lady who spoke to me was so rude shouted at me and told me why did I go with the company to book a ticket asked to speak to the manager he picked picked up the phone. He was so rude. He hung up on me and i called back again this was a flight from London Heathrow to Entebbe airport on the 13th Monday morning. I was requested to pay £880 for another ticket which I was upset about because I was told different amount that I Have to pay more money right ?and the lady just kept shouting at me being so rude not being helpful and at some point she say to me if you don’t want we can cancel the ticket and you lose your money which was absolutely so rude. I had to take my flight because I had a funeral to go to on the 14th. I tried to negotiate with these people on the phone but they wouldn’t have it. They were absolutely absolutely absolutely so rude to me after awhile I ended up having to pay the amount £880 for a later flight that was leaving on the 14th which was the date of the funeral right this was the worst experience ever and I have recordings for conversations and emails. All this company absolutely so rude. Then not helpful at all. I was made to pay £880 instead of £685.absolutely so rude and I would not recommend them to anyone be made my experience really horrible. I remember crying on the phone and the lady was just shouting at me, and you hung up the phone so many time because I had a funeral to attend on the 14th and I missed it because they chose to be greedy. I would not recommend it though really horrible. I have recordings and emails hope they don’t lie I even tried to ask for my refund £80 so I can go book else where they refused to give it yet I was told I could get my refund back
