Review Time
I initially found this website whilst looking for a flight to Jamaica when the search engine asks you if you want to compare the prices. Mydream flight popped up. That is their web name. I paid the initial £100 deposit to Comfy Tickets which is their trading name. Problems started when I went to pay money towards my flight. I was then shouted at so i was rude back to the lady. She then cancelled the ticket (which i wouldn't of been travelling till Nov 2023). To date i have NOT received my initial £100 deposit. My personal experience with this said company is that they take your deposit. Provide fake intinery. Not even registered with Civil Aviation Authority. Not ATOL or ABTA protected. I have had the phone hung up on me on numerous occassions. Even had one of their staff telljng me that I will not get back a penny until i take my review down. Firstly they are in Breach of Contract. Mydreamflight now have the cheek and thr audacity to complain to TRUSTPILOT and that i must get in touch eith Mydreamflight so they can better understand my experience. Your a fraudulent scammjng company that takes consumers money and no flights or anything msterialise. All the reviews about you and Comfy tickets are scammers at their finest. I have sent Comfy ticket a letter of Cout Action. To date no reply. I wiil NOT be replying to My dreamflights Comfy tickets as they have my email address and phone number. TrustPilot can tell them from me i will not be contacting them no time soon. See you in court.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t believe the 5 star reviews they have got from other people are genuine. I booked flights at the end of December with this company to fly to Jamaica from London and paid £160 deposit. The total cost of the return flights was £537. They were very quick to take the deposit. My payment due date was 1st February. I called in the 23rd January trying to pay the remaining balance to be told I cannot pay the balance yet. Tried calling again on the 29th Jan and could not get through to anyone. Called again on the 30th January at 9am and was told that someone would call me back in 1 hour. 8 hours later I received a phone call and they inform me my ticket price had increased and I now needed to pay £1600!! Safe to say I didn’t pay this and I requested a refund of my deposit. Im not even sure I would have received my tickets even if I did pay it. I posted this review the same day I cancelled and was refused my refund unless I removed it! I removed it and I have now received my refund and it is safe to say I will not be using this company again. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The person dealing with my enquiry and request namely Anum was very helpful in ensuring I’ve got a good deal for my trip. This was clearly explained to me as well as follow up confirmation. She treats her customer with care and respect whilst ensuring the e-ticket was clearly explained. Much appreciated and thanks to Anum
Customer service very poor. They looked up for a flight last minute for me and forced me to make a deposit payment so that my ticket would be booked. I spoke to Rahul who was no where to be found in the ‘business’ I called for a week straight as no money was taken out of my account for my flight and to be told at the last hour my flight had been cancelled and I could no longer be issued with a ticket as it was not logged. I had to book a last minute flight in order to go abroad. Complete time waste and when asked to issue a refund they only have £22.45!!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!I was further called back from mydreamflight who threatened me to take this review down so that it does not affect ‘THEIR BUSINESS’ because they are being fined for the review being put up. I refused and the agent further demanded this to be taken down. I have a recording for further proof of the conversation!!! AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY SAVE YOUR £££
