Review Time
I ordered these one evening and called to cancel first thing the next morning because they were the wrong size. They said they had already sent the order to the manufacturer. While I can return this, it would cost money and time to go to the post office. If I had known myknobs.com is a drop shipper (meaning they don't actually have the product in their warehouse), I would never have ordered from them. find It's easy to knobs at this price and quality elsewhere, with better customer service and easy returns.No sign of it having shipped in any case a week later, despite having spent extra for expedited shipping.....
I do not recommend doing business with this company. I purchased an item that was incorrectly described on their site and returned it. They claimed they did not receive the item, which I have proof they did from USPS, and refused to give me a refund. I will never do business with this company again.
