Look brilliant product tbf... but I had to send my unit back after after a few months for warranty. That would've been fine except I never received the replacement unit, and then was given the run around, and then straight up ghosted. I tried to cancel my sub because while I was still being sent the pads, I still had no unit and had to go through my bank to cancel. I bought an Ova and nearly 12 months after I had sent it back and been categorically ignored through all channels that I finally got the replacement. No sincere apologies, or explanation, nothing. It just turned up in the mail one day. Will never trust this company again.Ps the Ova works just as well and the pad shape is more comfortable. No stabby stabby petals.
The device itself is good. Nice design and easy to use. I gave one star because I’ve never got my money back and non of the representative tried to help me. Website says that money back guarantee if Livia doesn’t help you. It didn’t. I have really bad cramps. So I sent the device back but my money has never been returned. It is very frustrating.
