The device itself is a miracle worker. I'm not sure how it took do long to find such a comprehensive solution to period pain. The only draw back is changing the gel pads doesn't always go the smoothest. Especially the first ones.
It's an amazing product that significantly decreases pain from period cramps. It makes it possible for me to get through my work day without taking an unhealthy amount of nsaids that i had been taking for relief. The company is very friendly and even replaced one for me free of charge. 10/10 I would recommend this to every menstruating woman.
The absolute worst! I made my first order on December 3, 2020. It was meant to be a birthday present for my wife as she tends to have really painful cramps during her period. They stated that they will send new gel pads every 6 months when I subscribed (Every month $8). After 8 months, I haven't received the renewal so I personally contacted their customer support, in which they sent me the next batch. 3 years later, I only got the initial batch and the batch I personally contacted the customer service for, haven't received any batches since.I highly don't recommend buying their product. Don't know why it took me so long but as of today, I have unsubscribed to their service, just not worth it.
