Review Time
I have tried to contact your customer service many, many times. Not only did the entire package not arrive (I only got the case and no helpful product) I overpaid and never did see the actual unit. After so many failed attempts to contact I tried to delete myself from the mailing list and still I am getting not 1 but THREE emails at a time. Crappy service altogether. Beyond disappointing and frustrating.
I am a pharmacy technician and we get pretty busy on the daily. This means NO time for cramps! This device has saved me from missing work and keeps me from having to take the anti-inflammatories! No one even knows you are wearing it and I can continue to do my job! I have already recommended to my co-workers!!
Using this device alongside painkillers on the first and second days of my period is the only way I can get through them! I look after dogs for a living so I'm always having to walk them and Livia makes that do-able for me now during my period. I also struggle quite a lot at night with the cramps so I attach the device and turn it on and within about 20 minutes the pain has subsided and I can sleep. I'm so happy I bought this and I recommend it to everyone!
We never get our replacement stickies. We are charged monthly but the only time we get the additional petal adhesives is when we make a request which isn’t the easiest. My daughter likes the machine and still uses it. I wish we didn’t have the other issue.
